Planning your conservatory
Adding a conservatory to your house is considered to be permitted development, not needing an application for planning permission, subject to certain limits.
Typically, an attached house can have a three metre depth conservatory built without permission and a detached house a four metre depth. There are however, other factors which can play a part, such as neighbouring properties and public footpaths. Please take a look at the link below for extra guidance.
We can help with any planning that may be required and apply on your behalf.
